RETURNS

We do our best so that you’re pleased with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us for a full refund.

Orders  must be returned by post within 28 days from when they were received . The products are your responsibility until they reach our office. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning and you should keep proof of postage.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us by post unless the product is damaged.

We will refund the full price you paid for the products, using the same method you used to pay for them.

Make sure our product is perfume free, pet’s hair free and in a resaleable condition. We will not refund your money if the product is dirty or used.

When you decide to return your order, contact us on contact@woocommerce-776604-2642617.cloudwaysapps.com and fill in the return form and include it in the package.

COMPLAINTS

If you spot any damage upon arrival or when using our products, contact us immediately on contact@woocommerce-776604-2642617.cloudwaysapps.com and we will do our best to help you. However, if you want to return your order for a refund, this is a complaint form.
